Do you provide any customisation for bulk gifting orders?

Yes, for the special occasion/ event, we can customize the packaging such as include a name, date, logo at an additional charge. We can also add additional items to your gift on request such as roli/ chawal, scented diya, candles and more. Kindly get in touch to know more.

What is the lead time for shipping my custom bulk gifting order?

We will share the details with you at the time of order confirmation as this varies by the quantity and customisation required.

What if my products get damaged in shipping?

We do our best to ensure that our products reach you safely. In case of any defects or if you receive a wrong item, please record a video while unboxing your order and reach out to us within 30 hours of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution.
