Damages and Issues

We do our best to ensure that our products reach you safely. In case of any defects or if you receive a wrong item, please record a video while unboxing your order and reach out to us within 30 hours of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. We dispatch domestic orders in 3-4 days from order confirmation.
