Within India- Domestic Orders

For standard orders, the dispatch time is 1-2 working days. Delivery time ranges between 7-9 days from the order depending on the delivery location.

 

This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. We are not responsible for missed/ late deliveries due to curfews, Act of Government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war.

 

Outside India- International Orders

While our website checkout system currently supports domestic orders only, Ruh Fragrances proudly ships worldwide! For orders, please get in touch with us at info@ruhfragrances.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8081640855. Our team will guide you through the process, provide details about shipping options and ensure a smooth ordering experience. The shipping costs will be calculated and shared based on the destination and weight of the package. 

 

Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.

 

The dispatch time is 3-5 days. Delivery time ranges between 10-12 days after dispatch depending on your destination. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. The timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

 

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not prepaid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
